The North Star Sail Club is pleased to present the Notice of Race for the 2023 Throwdown in Motown Regatta the weekend of August 26 & 27 on Anchor Bay/Lake St. Clair, Michigan. The event will also be the Catalina 22 Region 4 Championship and provide a great opportunity to learn about the area in preparation for the 2024 Nationals.
