This award goes to the youth on the highest placing boat in the National Championship Regatta. The youth must serve as crew or skipper and must compete throughout the C22 National Regatta. Youth must be between ages 10 - 17 on the first day of racing at the regatta. In the event a boat carries more than one eligible competitor each will receive the award.

Trophies will be awarded at the end of the regatta in 2006. Selection will be from Gold fleet first, Silver fleet second or Spinnaker fleet third.
